x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	EB,     your comments abt analysts... we all know most so-called analysts cannot be trusted. I enjoy reading your updates, insights and candid remarks. You don' t beat around the bush. HPH trust is owned by Li kar shing. He' s getting older, and yet mentally very sharp. I admire his stamina and business acumen, we can learn a lot from these successful investors, not just how they grow rich, but their positive outlook, never say die spirit.

The change is price and Ocbc brokers target price, bullish bearish this and that, in fact since ipo nothing change on book. No see them said bad about hph trust at 81 to 42, say rubbish at 42 and bring price to 38. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I am still in HPHT since 53 ct, and averaged down at 41 ct, collected dividends while hoping for a privatisation or buyout of the ports, which are valued much higher than the mkt price. Luckily the dividends are quite good. I would not have held on if not for these reasons.

Next action: safeguard the 38.5-39 support level against the day downtrend from 40 and swing with the trend line up in next week.

For example, you can easily compare Ascendas REIT (STI) with Mapletree, Cambridge, Sabana, Viva.... mainly Industrial Reit with majority focusing in SG... Ascendas' s yield is the lowest. I don' t think you can expect the yield to be similar when HPH can attract more grade 1 to invest in. As HPH is part of STI index counter, most fund is allowed to invest. In term of yield... I think it would be fairer to compare with index share. Beside HPH, the highest yield and yet sustainable should be Ascendas REIT at 6.1%.
