Div of 1.25 cts declared, but book closure and pay dates are not fixed  yet, pending AGM. Hence, current price are neither  CD nor ExD. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Based on SGX website Corporate Announcements, it' s believed F H Lee Holdings has increased the holdings by another 2,175,432 shares to 143,837,678 an Lee Sze Hoa, added another 601,000 shares to 12,019,800. brchkho1      ( Date: 07-Mar-2017 14:02) Posted: From Annual Report from 2013 to 2015, it was noted that total shares issued remain at 400,994,652, but F H Lee Holdings' holdings increased from 138,441,746 in 2013, to 140,240,746 in 2014 (increase of 1.799m)  and later to 141,662,746 in 2015  (increase of 1.423m) Lee Sze Hao' s holdings icreased from 8,557,000 in 2013, to 10,151,000 in 2014  (increase of 1.594m) and later to 11,418,800 in 2015 (increase of 1.267m) The rest of the family members' holdings remain unchanged. It will be interesting to know the holdings changes in the coing annual report. Latest for 2016 is $ 0.6401. On average, book value grows like $0.0416 per year. If the book value continues to grow at this pace, in 3 years time, the theoretical book value should be $0.7649 (this is quite a likely scenario, the patient investors can wait) If the stock price then trades at current discount of 45% to book value like now, the share price will hit $0.42. But when the market is good (like now), it will go to $0.42 pretty soon, one may not have to wait 3 years.
