ID=Independant director/s. Prof Ling was ID of many companies that got suspended. ID in a listed company takes care of corporate governance of a company. He also advises the board. Suspended companies that he had/has been ID were: Chingsing Inv initially looked good, gave a little div but later lost heavily before suspended China Paper suspended for whatever nots JES Holdings suspended due to SGX not happy with the management. ChinaFlex PACK..initially made profit, this lured alot of retailers, but subsequently contd to lose heavily and did consolidation once. These were some examples for guidance. Hope Leh Choon never fall into the same misfortune. Lol.

My guess, highest it can go in medium term (3 months) is 7 cents. But safer to always CL or TP when misreading.

Becareful of over confidence in the company. Remember a few companies I know where ID Prof Ling CY was also ID were suspended or lost heavily for example: Chinasing Investment JES Holdings, China Paper, ChinaFlex Pack now pending delisting.. So brace yourselves, and just monitor properly. Just MHO. |
