x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	analysts call are most of the time ok. but at times it is a bit off as there may be other factors affecting their call. as investors i just used it as a feel of where the analyst and people behind think it should go.  every investors will have their premise for buy and sell. like i m ok with the dividend return and look to accumulate if those want to push it down let them make it happen. always keep some money for them to push  it to rediculus price.  after the usa gov raise their $t1.9 via bond auction things will return to normal. has happened and believe this time round same same story.
