Polaris acquire 504,359,000 shares in Trikomsel at a consideration of S$65,832,122.   This works out to the benefit of Polaris as it was acquire at a discount of $1,596,977.   The current share price of Trikomsel is Rp1,265/share (equivalent to S$0.1337/share using an exchange rate of Rp9,462/S$1.00) This is not yet taking into account the estimated annual dividend payout of Rp20/share which equates to $1,066,072 annual dividend income.   I have not taking into account the exchange gains should rupiah strengthened against Sing dollar. Is it possible, yes! 2. The issue of new ordinary shares in the capital to Tres Maria Capital Ltd of 6,521,739,130 @ $0.023/share = S$150,000,000.   Whether for repayment of loan (if there is any) or for working capital, Polaris stand to gain from having to borrow and paying loan interest. 3. The current share price as at today $0.022/share is definitely worth buying as we (retailer or BB, not Polaris) sure buy at a discount as compared to what Tres Maria and Trikomsel is paying (S$0.023)! Such a good deal for both to Polaris and us (retailer and BB), why are they dumping the shares at $0.022!   Polaris share price should be alot higher than $0.023!
