Maybe he buy properties, hahaha.... He has also transferred some shares to his son, think he is preparing his son to take in the future. I think we should request in the coming AGM to start giving dividend. | ||||

I remember NAV is more than double of the present share price. Anyway, these few night can smell the haze in the north area. Very bad and has to sleep in the air-con room now. | ||||

Hello, bro. ohm, as a long time supporter of the co., I feel so disappointed about its management. Somehow, I think what the boss of the co did was not up to his reputation. He put his son into the board, but still seems hopeless. It is somehow funny that small investors think a few days of haze will have any big impact on medtecs profit, bec's producing masks is not so profitable, as the margin is too low due to intense competition. But this is mkt, often too irrational and too speculative. I think you are long time holder of medtecs too. Do you know when the cash reserve is gone. In the report, it says now more than US$ 22 million, this is about 6-7 cents per share. I wonder if the management has used it wisely and properly. My 2 cents for you, please. |

Hi, leveinsg2. I tend to agree with your observation. It may run into cash flow problem: eg base on its H1 '13 report, its total debts = US $43.65m and its Cash and bank balances at end of period = US $2,428m.

Same doubt here, bro. ohm. Medtecs is selling its factory in Ph. and wonder if it runs into financial problem. The co. boss got lots of companies public and private, and it has been never clear to Kateks how he is managing both kinds of co. in his control. For example, it says Manhatten Econ. Zone is owned by Medtecs, but it is not really reported in Medtecs financial blnc., right? Any supporters care to share info. or concerns? It seems the co. does not do its PR at all, is there anything it is afraid of?

What happened? Medtecs share price was up and dwindled down. Was it woken up on the wrong side of bed, or because of Typhoon Haiyan in Philippines or political situation in Cambodia where Medtecs has manufacturing facilities? | ||||
