This is why buy shares in SGX got to be triple careful (best don' t buy at all), make sure price cannot go down much more. Otherwise, after buying, price can dive (even good counter), then major shareholder come out to privatise at low ball offer, and you kena hit big time. I have some bad experiences (one example, Rotary Engineerring)

Very easy to figure out.. anyone should DOYDD and not just listen to anyone in this forum. For a start, go see what happens to the share price of Singhaiyi and OKH global (from 3 years ago till now), both owned by the same  China national woman who bought into Chip Eng Seng.
