x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	My view is that if a stock or reit buyback is implementted,it' s likely to be a good thing for sharehoulers. If LL Reit implement SBB,Its price may increase. At least it is not a disadvantage.

It is just a normal practice to secure the mandate so that the company can conduct SBB at any time of the year till the next AGM, just in case. It doesn' t mean the company or reit will sure go and buy back their shares once the mandate is secured. It is even rarer for a reit to buy back their shares, so far I think only Digital Core is doing it. If anything, Lendlease is more likely to issue more units/shares in the form of dividend reinvestment plan, in order to save cash.
