Price has been creeping up slowly, some buyers & bottom fishing seen => signs of takeover/privatisation? Market Cap only SGD24.5m, too cheap. Current Price only 3.6 ct but Book Value at 10.04 ct, hence Price to Book only 0.35 => Technically Company is worth > S$72m Good projects in pipeline, with EPS of 0.018. Target Price @$0.31 => Good potential. |

King Wan secures $40.4 mil of mechanical & electrical contacts from Jan to March
King Wan Corporation has secured $40.4 million worth of new mechanical and electrical contracts (M& E) from January to March 2025, according to a release dated Apr 2.
The projects include sanitary and plumbing supply and installation works, gas installations, plumbing installation works, among others at units in Kampong Arang Road, Sampan Place, Marina Gardens Lane, Commonwealth Drive, and Yishun Avenue 1 among others.
The projects are scheduled to be completed in 2028, and are not expected to have any significant impact on earnings per share or net tangible assets per share of the group for the FY2026 ended March 31 2026.

Just sharing. While the contracts win is for the quarterly period, as in usual standard announcement. The size of the contracts win is double the usual quarterly revenue. More importantly, 3 months ago, there is also an announcement on similiar size contracts win, again double the usual quarterly revenue. Also note that over the last year, the announcement of contracts win is irregular and of smaller size. Company had turnaround and is now profitable. But do your own DD. I suppose this year is Year of Construction. |

King Wan Corp wins $43.7 mil worth of mechanical and electrical contracts
King Wan Corporation has secured new mechanical and electrical (M& E) contracts worth $43.7 million during the period between October 2024 to December 2024.
The group will conduct sanitary, plumbing and gas installation works for the 552-unit Pine Grove and the 477-unit Lentor Central condominium developments. It will also supply and install air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation works for the proposed civic & community institution development at Upper Bukit Timah Road/Pei Wah Avenue as well as the proposed single user industrial development at Jurong Port Road.
The projects are scheduled to be completed between 2027 and 2028.

Well, you see There are some SGX companies that announced contract wins Like King Wan here, CSE etc. on a quarterly basis. This is just the usual quarterly update So it is necessary to differentiate such announcement and then perhaps to compare with its usual quarterly anouncements and its revenue details. Compare a few quarters. It is necessary to analyse the context of the contract wins announcement i.e. does it really will enhance the company usual profitability. If yes, good. If no (as in just maintaining the usual biz as usual), then the announcement is of no extra value enhancement to the company share price Of course, can speculate on price movement. To each its own
