the coming dvd in specie is a fact..internal decision not like buisness deal like rowsley.. rowsley take ove of tmc..etc etc is buisness deal.... value is too high..or great deal..this is subjective..thus volativity .. pan hong..is returning money to you...at current levels more than mother share...based on current prices.. off course some one will say sino may drop to .1 ct..how then?? u may have your own answer to thsi.. if u believe it sino going to .1 ct..then u shoulndt be reading this in the first place.. |

just sit tight..if u have pan hong shares.. distribution should come..it is an internal decision.. coy is returning money..in sino harbour shares..capital reduction.. this dvd in specie is in fact a capital reduction...after the dvd .. the nav will drop off course.. but when u sell off the sino shares..pan hong may be free..hahahah |

DVD in specie is 3.51 sino harbour shares for every 1 pan hong share.. sino harbour last traded price is hk 60 cents in HKEX.. so 3.51x.60 x.17= about sg$0.35.. based on current traded valus.. your pan hong share.now is 34 cts.. .when distribution is done.. pan hon is free... if current trade price stays..

It' s sgx clearance of draft circular for the proposals, not clearance of the proposed dividend. Anyway not heavily vested but this clears the way for further development and fortunately nothing negative. | ||||

hahaha...please go through the whole document... the capital reduction is for sino harbour..to comply with hkex regulations.. par value some how has no relevance in sgx... huart arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

this morning..sino harbour kee siow liow.. after sliding to a low of 60 .. now it is 70..hitiing ahigh of 75.. good times ahead?? annoiucement coming?? but any way good show ...expecting PH shares price to fly anytime now...last done 33.5..+1
