Yamada may be one of it......:) This company should organic growth lok at its recent activities. Again. buy only if you have some " gambling money" !! You may earn double in near future...

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	The price now is rather attractive, despite it is S-chip. One thing strange is its directors keep buying. I guess it is good signal! It is backed by Sam Goi and GYP. Its FY result will be announced by end of August 2014. If result is good, we should able to see   the price uptrend shortly. Otherwise, too bad!

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	PRC investor placement $5.7m The board of directors (&ldquo Directors&rdquo ) of Yamada Green Resources Limited (&ldquo Company&rdquo , and together with its subsidiaries, the &ldquo Group&rdquo ) wishes to announce that the Company had on 24 July 2014 entered into a conditional subscription agreement (&ldquo Subscription Agreement&rdquo ) with Mr. Tangfen ( ) (&ldquo Subscriber&rdquo ), pursuant to which the Company has agreed to allot and issue an aggregate of 35,000,000 new ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (&ldquo Subscription Shares&rdquo ) to the Subscriber, and the Subscriber has agreed to subscribe and pay for the Subscription Shares, at S$0.16185 per Subscription Share (&ldquo Subscription Price&rdquo ), for an aggregate amount of S$5,664,750 (&ldquo Proposed Placement&rdquo ). 1.2 The Subscription Price represents a discount of approximately 2.5% to the volume weighted average price of S$0.166 per ordinary share in the capital of the Company (&ldquo Share&rdquo ) for trades done on the Official List of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (&ldquo SGXST&rdquo ) for the full market day on 24 July 2014, being the market day on which the Subscription Agreement was signed.
