x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Precisely, she mortgaged away the future of MRT. She was the reason why so many MRT commuters have been suffering for the last 5 years. Furthermore, without an engineering background, she might now have achosen the best hardware and software for the MRT system. However, she did well in terms of building up the retail network, but that should be considered peripheral,  instead, she sacrificed the commuters. I seriously hope Temasek make it right again. Not for my sake, but for my children and the future generations to come. MRT is here to stay, so might as well make it work. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	It would be a slap on Temasek' s face if they approve the bus contract model, but reject the train contract model. The buses and trains asset values are also very similar, approximately $1 billion each. But I believe the trains details take a bit longer to work out, but given the efficiency of our civil servants and those semi-government executives in SMRT, nothing is impossible, and it likely wont take too long.
