Late 40s lah.  Hopefully still can play and enjoy for another 20 good years.   Have two Finance degrees, so understand the way things work.  Enjoy the thrill of the trade and chatting on forums - I was trying to make it too once.  And I kinda like stopping the shortists from fear mongering.  The seasoned investors will not fall prey - but the novices and retirees can lose their life savings. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Just to clarify - there is nothing worrisome about being a middle aged investor like me, just can?t take insane risks like I did when I was younger leveraged to the hilt and the moon - cause need to be more risk balanced. Bought heaps of TS when it was beaten down - Glad R18 Dream is finally realised. They Have been talking about it since the mid 1990s!!! Also I personally think ABSD and TDSR takes away such opportunities for prop investing for younger more risk taking folks - so it is a negative from that perspective. Even if your Tuan Sing go Noble or go Yuuzoo , you also have no worries with so much passive income from rental. Sell your properties i think you can retire like lincoln cheng of zouk and fly here fly there enjoy the luxurious retirement. Why spend and waste so much time here at this forum especiallt at Tuan Sing ? LOL

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Tuan Sing has Multicurrency Medium Term Note Programme (MTN), and Series I of S$80 million (fixed interest rate of 4.5% pa) will be mature on 14 Oct 2019. So my guess is to sell off some asset to meet this obligation. Series II  of S$150 million,which has 6%pa will be mature on 5 June 2020. Look on the bright side, Tuan Sing still have the optiion of this MTN or taking bank loan to roll over these loans, but will be at a higher interest rate.

But the recent 50 lots peanut sharebuyback is probably because it's a new CFO and they are not sure how the sell-off will go on. So a tiny buyback is in line. The real ammunition like the buyback during April of 500 lots will be a signal that it's coming...that's what they are saving their ammunition for, once there is some certainty in the market conditions and they have secured good tenancy percentile.
