Tks bro,.. We are ' late-buyers' , I would call us this. Many investors caught this counter early,... and for those who are still staying put at their early prices would stand advantageous compared to us. I can see the contrast of this with other shares for which I am an ' early-buyer' .  At portfolio level (for only SGX-listed stocks),... I am now at 27.98% green, for recording purposes. Following are earlier records :- 1) On 1.10.20 : 34.65%. 2) On 27.10.20 : 30.10%.

Just steal some looks at my phone while in chambers now. Saw my next support at $2.95 has been broken this morning. Bad day for me today ,... judge did not support mmy argument and my AREIT plunged further.My AHP price is at $3.22.

Yeah,... I' m still working on this. I have a number of holdings at $3.22. But I look at it this way,... so long as times continue to be bad and this REIT keeps falling and keeps breaking new supports, I still have time.

I am aware of the ever-moving price - hence the need to select an entry price. And one of my bases for selecting the entry price is from an estimation of the dpu payout. I do not wait till the dpu is announced, because, let me repeat here, as I have written earlier : Taking actions after the dpu is announced would be too late for the price would have moved by then. I am not into buying and selling, I buy and hold long term, as long as I can for the income (dpu). Dpus can be estimated, I have done it accurately in the past. You can read my many postings here in this forum. Hoping my explanations and repetitions in the above is clearer.

The price will always be moving. So you can enter and exit at any price you want. Do not have to wait till DPU is announced. It is uncertain how much DPU there will be.

I have been targetting to enter at a certain price. I am not going to wait till the dpu is announced. Even knowing the Distributable Amt will not tell me exactly what the dpu will be. I need to wager a calculation on how the dpu will turn out to be, and work from there. Taking actions after the dpu is announced would be too late for the price would have moved by then. But, having said the above, I can tell you there are ctrs that will still tell you what the quarterly dpu is though the first qtr and the third dpu' s will not be paid out. Unfortunately, in their BOUs, A-REIT does not even share an earlier metric prior to the dpu payout metric(s). The kungfu of REIT-investing lies in knowing such tactics.

I think you can forget abt $3.95 in the medium term. If you follow a fool, you' ll be one too,... Things will be more like $2.95 (or below) in the short term as I wrote below.

And if it does not manage to break $3.00, then it will bounce back up to $3.05. First touch at $3 then. Second toucn and bounce-back will cfm $3.00 as being a strong support.

Finally closed at $3 this evening. Taking the cue from May 28th., a h& s has been formed. Let' s see if $3 breaks. If it does, next target will be $2.95 by Friday or next week - ie the next low. | ||||

Not sure it' ll hold up in the turmoil. Remember when it sank to it' s lowest in Feb/Mar. Fundamentally sound but market sentiments are hard to beat. Hope it survives this week!

When houses give target prices, they are helping their real clients to either sell or accumulate. Retailers don't pay them so why will they act in retailer interest
