US ended in this manner because they don' t want to " lockdown" , but banging all hope on vaccine, theyy have 2 chioce now, 1) Lockdown - negative for both HPH (economy recovery puase) n Medtec (demand puase n prodn on-going) 2) Use of Vaccine by emergency ruling - good for HPH, bad for medtec. of cos, there are many other attributes, above is only my view for covid concern both counter have BB problem, HPH have shortist BB, Medtec have sly BB, they can play with you till result / news is near, trade with care   westpoison      ( Date: 18-Nov-2020 22:01) Posted: So should go back to Medtecs? At least , this is what being said by our government. Averaging down is good when the stock price is down. Averaging up can be more effective to attract public market eye, otherwise stock price hammer down, then new investors/traders are not likely paying attention to this stock.
