If ESR unitholders successfully reject the merger I think their share will fall now that is known the assets are old light industry type and high risk due to Hyflux high contribution in their total income. | ||||

I feel ESR regret buying the reit mgr.
ESR is forward looking but unitholders aren't. Hope ESR buy Viva mgr and inject their asset into Viva. |
