Modified EPS = 70% x 0.1598 = 0.1119 PE = 0.89 Target price at PE = 1, SGD 0.1119 Other considerations: Good profit from sales of land, relatively good cash position, but an unlikely risk of shares consolidation is on the table. Conclusion: Undervalued counter at current price of SGD 0.1. Prudent target price SGD 0.1119 Pls do your own Due Dilligence

Set aside $10m will be $0.03 per share dividend. Boss owns 50.1%. He will pocket $5m cash. Then issue rights to raise for good property story if shares are pumped up. They are being played out by the MTP and did a share conso before. At current price, share price was a crazy $0.048 per share. Strong buy if deal is done. Fair value is $0.11 to 0.12. My pov Vested (2010)
