'Displosal of asset' may also meaning the 'whole company' is for sale...that's likely the situation. However, the undisclosed info that bb has is the sale/buy out price is 20cents? ...thus the dump and accumulation. Any one's guess lah..dyodd! 😝 |

But the price drop even before the debt issue was annouced. Insider trading? I think if I remember, the CEO pledge shares last time for some personal loans. Now margin call maybe.

SINGAPORE (March 21): Shares in OKH Global fell by as much as 81% on Monday, after the construction firm said that it was in discussions with the holders of its preference shares to vary the terms of those shares and that it was also in discussions on the potential disposal of " certain assets" . OKH was responding to a query from Singapore Exchange last week on the unusual trading of its shares . By 12.48pm, the stock had fallen 77% from the previous close to eight cents, with some 151.5 million shares changing hands.
