The announcement of the Glove was obviously timed to coincide with the poor Q3 result announcement so as to minimise its impact. They could hv done the announcement much much earlier.  This shows they hv not been very transparent to their shareholders. DYODD

Medtecs will used their cash on hand to JV or Venture into other areas.  This effectively means its NAV will likely dropped for the Financial year 2021.  The Q3 EPS missed expectations by a mile at only USD 0.018 cts.  Q4 may even see less and hence affecting overall financial year EPS.  Back to old days is very possible now. As it is, going to mainboard is no longer possible.  It will be very difficult to attract Institutions support (already very weak now) going forward.
