Quite frankly, given that Ren has the most skin in the game and him directly in charge - isnt that better? Question is we dont know if theres anything untoward that is driving the wedge between them as the incumbent is obviously not leaving when the company is in great shape.

Looking forward to their guidance and update on the conversion of DI and recoverability of those provisions. Hopefully the slightly more upbeat sentiment towards China RE will also have the spillover effect to this but ultimately, it depends on their ability to recover their DI / ongoing payments by debtors.
