Better than placement at discount to friends then not fair. I am voting to support rights. Obviously those who buy now will get cheaper than Edward and surely make money. Those bought ACCS days sorry to hear that but no link to current business. It' s like buying Nokia or Blackberry or Kodak 10-20 years ago. I am a new shareholder so my views are different but new or old historical decision no link to current and future decision. Of course i will avoid if same fraud ACCS people still around. Does anyone know please share.

But on the realistic side, for us invested long ago, it's a frightening thought when shares becomes 0.00155, and the possibility of it happening is very high. Its a balance, might need to sell some to cut potential big losses. There are no problems with those having cash to pick all rights and warrants. No need to worry. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	As someone not vested, i would not pick up the shares now after the rights and warrants announcement. Reason: i foresee the value of my shares to drop drastically and i need to prepare more than double the amount to purchase the rights. The warrants must also be held for 1-3 years which mean money will be stuck. Also, over 100 billion shares in the market means it' s not easy for me to sell off and sometime down the road there might be shares consolidation. If i really want to gamble with these shares, i will not buy in now but watch until things are more stablise, like if the rights will be passed before deciding what price to buy in. 0.005 now is not cheap given the dilution. Do not believe what others say here as you do not know their real agenda. Do your homework and consider what is in your best interest.
