Clearbridge Health launches adult immune cell banking business, targets Southeast Asia and Hong KongCatalist-listed Clearbridge Health has launched its adult immune cell banking business, targeting Southeast Asia and Hong Kong as primary markets. The business is operated through Clearbridge' s wholly-owned subsidiary Cell Entrust Bio Co, based in Hong Kong. The cell banking service enables individuals to collect and store their own peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) for future treatments such as cellular therapies for cancer and other conditions. Clearbridge explains that it has adopted an asset-light approach by partnering exclusively with a locally licensed and AABB-accredited biobank in Hong Kong, a strategic move to enable immediate revenue generating business and saving lead time than establishing its own greenfield laboratory facility. This exclusivity agreement grants the group commercial rights to the biobanking services in Hong Kong, Macau, and the broader Greater Bay Area, in addition to Southeast Asia markets. Clearbridge expects this new business to address a market void by offering scalable, consumer-oriented PBMCs banking services that existing providers in Asia do not sufficiently or actively cover. Thanks for your observation. I was caught during that motion, 100m shares. He sold when there was liquidity to absorb his large orders. He is no angel, he is involved in Goodland convertible bonds ... in my opinion raider and opportunitistic one With the placement of 990m shares and 660m warrants. New entrants spelled trouble for him ... further dilution Guess it is a regime change mho ... all the more we have to be nimble as a tiny retail investor |

Some observation. In one of the SGX filing on 18 july 2025, one of the Substantial Shareholder, WONG KONG LEONG has reduced his stake from 6.29% to 3.87% in the company on 17 July 2025 and is no longer a Substantial Shareholder,.Wong Kong Leong disposed off 80,000,000 shares for the amount of $160,000 which was $0.002 per share. Placement of 990,000,000 new ordinary shares at S$0.002 raised gross proceeds of S$1,980,000 in August 2025, which will be used primarily for general working capital purposes. Net loss for the period from continuing operations for 6 months ending 30 June 2025 is $1,574,000. Is the company able to turn around or continue bleeding?

My understanding is exclusion of substantial shareholders which is common in placements un der SGX rules to avoid conflicts of interest. I thought what is important is that the placement of 900m new shares at S$0.002 per share together with 660m free warrants are fully taken up - for working capital, to support business growth, and possibly acquisition with Elpis Biopharmaceuticals) which is a new business opportunities. You said, " What does this tell us ?" i don' t know Please share with us. |

In the August 2025 share placement, there was a change in interest as a result of the allotment and issuance of 990,000,000 new ordinary shares pursuant to the completion of placement as announced by the Company on 18 August 2025.
