Shareholders ask EGM to remove CEO and ED and answer bad investments share awards and issue happen quickly after. Very obvious tactic. Now EGM to change auditor from EY to RSM, why.? why ? why? Very very smelly. Li Hua come from nowhere Sunmax and become CEO. He must have control shares but cannot find disclosures. Very very smelly. |

Company is moving in the right direction to diversify its business scope.Acquiring properties and marine/industrial machinery equiment.These businesses are small but profit making and properties are bought at below market valuation.(Refer to SGX announcement). Px have been moving like clock work.On Monday trading,likely to see sell on news. If it is supported,I can assume what CEO has in mind. |

Rise(20%?) cld be capped ard this range for the day or max 23/24%. No extra-ordinary news to support high px rise.Only see Co desperate to buy back probably due to time frame to complete the deal. At least this co look better in paper than MMP Res. |

Excellent. Today go up a few pips again with no signs of reversal. They bought Huan Hsien shares. Wondering what is so good at this Huan Hsien. Anyway what matter most is the price keep going up. |
