x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	at 30% float, it has been low since eons. with the exceptions on times > 20c where some distribution took place. the 16cen base has been artificially held with the hidden buying everyday if you open your eyes and look carefully albeit the amount accumulated may not be the most ideal for any players. nevertheless, we shall know next week.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	privatization offer likely.  looking at its NAV and highest traded in 52week, we should be looking at 22-25c minimum offer for the remaining 30% public float. congrats to all long term holder of this good company. alternate possibility can be a change of key person or price consolidation due to sgx requirement for > 20c. former is because the person in annoucement is a jap and not the usual emmy or female ceo. other than that, dont know whats up liao.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	just ran some numbers, this counter seems pretty undervalued. at S$0.168, it is at 0.36x P/B. while P/E is around 7.7x, it is quite severely penalised as the digital media business typically commands much higher valuations due to its higher profit margins.  in their recent 3Q2014 announcement, management shared that they expect to achieve the same level of profitability as FY2013 for FY2014. if so, why should the company not be trading at similar valuations as then? (i.e. above S$0.20). interestingly, noticed that they report in USD and given the strong dollar, upside to this counter seems to outweigh the downside. just my two cents.
