The 90.08% holdings mentioned under point 3.2 in yest announcement seems like some sort of computational error.   It still needs another 438,789 to hit 90%.   Anyone buying GEH now hoping for a higher EXIT Offer will do well to wait till it crosses the 90% mark.   Under SGX Rule Book 1303 (1): (1) If the percentage of an issuer' s total number of issued shares excluding treasury shares held in public hands falls below 10%, as provided in  Rule 723. In a take-over situation, where the Offeror succeeds in garnering acceptances exceeding 90% of the issuer' s total number of issued shares excluding treasury shares, thus causing the percentage of an issuer' s total number of issued shares excluding treasury shares held in public hands to fall below 10%, the Exchange will suspend trading of the listed securities of the issuer only at the close of the take-over offer So there is ample to buy if you are so inclined, but only after 90% is breached.
