x 1   x 0  Alert Admin	Respectfully disagree.  Oceanus has met all of SGX exit criteria since Dec 2020.  If SGX changes their rules just to disqualify Oceanus, they lose credibility as a regulatory body.  The exit criteria will be superfluous. You are not able to see " digitaisation, tech, and what have you" in the balance sheet of the Group accounts because that is the wrong place to look.  No, they are not noises from time to time. As a good practice, let me back up what I say with the following examples of digitalisation and tech: Oceanus invests in Universal Aquaculture for Deep Tech Indoor Farming (source:  https://bit.ly/3jsNKYM) Oceanus partners with Hainan Raffles Group to set up the world' s first Oceanus Food Tech Hub (source:  https://bit.ly/3mMqgQv) Oceanus subsidiary, AP Media, wins award for their revolutionary innovative virtual platform that was subsequently used in Oceanus AGM 2021 (https://bit.ly/2WIngd8) Why are the above noise in the media?  I see it as actual milestones to celebrate that would contribute revenue streams for a turnaround company. I guess, and I may be wrong, that it is quite likely that the watchlist decision will have to be made by the regulatory authorities very soon. I doubt they can deliberate for too long because one of the hallmarks of a good regulatory body is efficiency.  As for your point regarding the strategic investor/significant investment into the company, I think the company seems to be gearing up and trying to attract investors (significant ones, at least) to support their expansion and strategic positioning within the domestic and regional market. I think there may be a reasonable chance that a strategic investor(s) may enter the picture after the watchlist exit. My personal opinion is that buying this stock seems to be a reasonable decision as well. The only foreseen factor that can change the landscape is when the company receives significant investment from a strategic investor after exit. But as a retail investor, you can' t pray for that, too much uncertainty. But what is different is that I never sound like a saviour, trying to save people from losing money, so I don' t see the point of showing my portfolio. I share my viewpoints based on facts and don' t teach others what to do. I only advise bros here to DYODD. Neither have I called people who don' t agree with me as brainless, unlike Alafun. Since he hopes to teach people what to do, then he should show us his portfolio first to be convincing. You mean you will blindly follow any guru that has not proven himself? In explaining the SGX delay, he suggested that a trading company like Oceanus could " easily manipulate their financial statements" .  He ignores the fact that Oceanus' s accounts are audited and achieved a " clean" audit opinion for its FYE 2020 accounts. He appears to have a personal agenda against the management of Oceanus. He goes from " SGX Exit has been priced in" to " SGX Exit will not happen" within the same breadth. He wilfully ignores the facts of Oceanus business growth, and selectively quotes financial numbers out of the context of the entire financial statements. He claims Oceanus' s business plan of tech-up are just " stories" , when he doesn' t see a financial impact after 3 months of said announcement. He aspires to be a share price fortune-teller but has a lousy track record so far.  He doesn' t know that even a broken clock is right twice. He appears to hold a valuation method of companies that is outdated and irrelevant for a growth company.  Many have tried to educate him to no avail. He confessed that he is not invested in Oceanus, and is too afraid to short it.  He has no skin in the game.  Yet, he occasionally surfaces to talk smack. Be careful of some bad actors on these public forum.  Opposing views and investment thesis are welcome, but it becomes dangerous when they are founded upon lies and ill intent.
