Thank you. I don' t trade so frequently nowadays. In the olden days, I normally make 9 trades profit and 1 trade loss. So you think I am good? The 9 trade profit is normally $5k. The 1 trade loss is normally $7k.

You are an experienced trader for sure. What you said is very true nowadays trading in the stock market is like gambling if we become addicted instead of investing we get glued to the screen in trading I am a typical day trader n when faced with losses try n try again and lose more now at least I try to control my limits of profit or loss rather than just chase after a stock thanks for your valuable advises I appreciate them alot |

You are not the only one who lose alot. I also lose alot. Many others also lose alot. The problem many traders don' t realise is that they get addicted to trading instead of investing. The online platform has make it so easy for us to trade. It is so much easier than to take a trip to the casino ship or going down to Marina Sand. It is so easy to buy and sell by just pressing a button in the comfort of your home. Moreover you don' t need knowledge to trade. Just buy what you think will go up. Or just short what you think will go down. This eventually lead to addicition and losing alot of your hard earned money. Worst still, many traders borrow to trade either from credit cards, overdraft or money lenders.

The chances of loss is much higher than profit if you are making use of the few pips to make the profit. Why? 1. You are riding on feeling that it will go up or down. Most time you will be play out by the market maker. 2. You will try again and again either to recover your loss if you are losing or to make more if you are in profit. 3. So the chance of losing more gets higher. 4. This is similar to any form of gambling. Keep track of all your profit/loss and you will realise this logic after one 1 year. The guy who really make a profit in this way is than 1%. So advisable to study and pick a few good counters. Study the trend and try to buy low sell high. No tikam tikam. You will really make profit in this way. Just my feelings. No offend to your habits.

I think can pick durian again like yesterday... :) Buy small small at .335 ...keep till 0.395. Just buy 10 lots can win 600 bucks liao... I feel the drop is inline with market sentiment... Everyone drop leh... not only LY :)
