If STA charges STGT high management fees it will receive 100% of the fees to its p& l and will only absorb 56% of the costs through consolidation of STGT. Same applies to high raw material costs for STGT - STA will reap 100% of the benefit but only absorb 56% of the costs as the other 46% are absorbed by STGT minorities

The max production capacity of gloves is 8.25bil per quarter now and thus for it to equal the Q2 gloves earnings, its ASP has to be USD30 per thousand.
