x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Someone may be worrying trump trade protectionism. But let's think about it possible? 1 president try to change outcome of 20-30 years? Every one watching but watching mean no action, at least 1-2 years so earning visibility is clear. Will u hold stock for so long? Moving factory which running 24 hr 5 days so easy to be done in 1-2 years? No so easy. Trump can ask ford to shift factory from Mexico back to USA but not so easy to ask gm to shift from China earlybird14      ( Date: 02-Mar-2017 17:17) Posted: This is my 2nd time buy hph trust after last selling before ex-d. I avoid to buy hph trust because they have unhealthy distribution which give more than what they earn. With such case, they will be forced to lower down dividend as expected since it is not sustainable and every time they lower, will suffer significant drop even though they distribute more than 10% luxury dividend. Now they adjust to about 20hkcents with about 6% dividend which is same as what they earned as per past 2 years. Then we know they will have extra cash for doing something else from depreciation. If market can accept 6%, then know that this sustainable. Price will be supported. We have 10days price supported. So now, who can deliver 6% among Sgx bluechips dividend? In fact, the price slowly up in past few weeks, a dividend ex-d pull price down to this level.
