If you consider from your homework buyback 6 occasions and the value is pathetic. You check other company share buyback then you know the meaning of share buyback. My point is Non-Executive Chairman in Annual Report AR15 said share price well under value NAV 18 cts and the shares at that time around 3 cts why no aggressive buyback instead it went down to 2 cents and also no buyback. I believed more contracts will be annouced because usually when they secured contracts especially in vietnam and china, more will be awarded to them as it will also give confidence to other companies to trust thier work/services/products provided. It also gives out dividend when profitable(you can check its history) unlike other company who annouce zero dividend even when they are profitable by saying " given the weak/uncertain economic climate, the board suggest zero dividend to be paid" . It also has a NAV of 18.6c(FY 16) before the contracts are won. Taking into considerations of the new contracts, the NAV will definitely be higher than 0.186. Infact it should go well into 20 plus cents. Some analyst gave a range of 24-26 cents. So at 12.6 cents now, its dirt cheap. At 14.2c its also cheap tbh. My only regret is never load up at 12.0c just now. :(

This company often do a share buyback which is good for investors if you take a look at the past 2 years . Solid management. Anymore I read about it from a investment website that the NAV is recalculated at 0.24cents on worst case scenario so plenty of upside . Let's just wait .
