The counter has recently subscribed for 1,000 new preference shares at par value of US$1,000 each in its wholly-owned subsidiary, CSE-Hankin Inc. for a total cash consideration of US$1m. The transaction was funded by internal resources and is not expected to have any material impact on the NTA and EPS for the group. Apart from that, there is no other news to explain its recent fall, apart from poor interest from investors. | ||

I m referring to this 2.5 ct which is expected to be final dividend for last financial yr mentioned in nextInsight. Dunno whether will realise or not.if dont have and share price stay low I can oni hold and suck thumb liao | ||

U guys not eyeing the special dividend meh? Planning to sell off for capital gain? I hope to get best of both worlds- dividend plus capital gain some time later after price adjust back to before divid payout..still not sure the extra 2 5 cent divid confirm or not.am thinking maybe can hold till then...just my thoughts.. | ||

My concern is the same. When xd, price will drop by same amt. will the coy be able to sustain the same dividend yield given that it disposed of servelec alrdy? No point buying for the 28c div if its gg to drop by more than that on xd | ||
