But in the third quarter of 2013, Healthway (explaining the rise in operating costs) said,   " This was mainly due to an impairment loss of S$13.0 million recognised for loan receivables in FY2013 Q3 as this amount was deemed to be impaired in view of   the existing operating conditions in China." Question: What happened? In 1Q it said demand in China will continue to grow. But   In 3Q it actually took a $13 million impairment for China operations.
