x 0   x 1  Alert Admin	Sri Trang tried very hard today making a technical correction , but it was a weak rebound . Even 10EMA  it could not get over . Weekly MACD already showed its weakness . Monthly closing formed a bearish engulfing pattern after last month a spinning top formation . Unless it could make a strong bullish engulfing pattern , its trend may remain in this level . At this juncture ,it must to make a key reversal or it would break out of this formation and go down further to $0.80 before reaching  $0.45

Do not confuse oneself with long term fundamental investment approach compared to short term technical trading approach. Either methodology can still make money depending on ones' risk appetite and time frame. No one best approach!! For me, as a medium to long term term investor, I combine the best of both world using technicals and fundamentals after doing my due deligence to make my own judgemental call to remain invested in STA for a buy and hold strategy until 1st half june 2021 as STA is a fundamentally sound company as its share price is undervalued and a laggard with potentially explosive earnings for the next few quarters viewing recent higher rubber prices till date and humongous earnings contribution of 56% from STGT on increased quarterly gloves ASP. Earnings will utimately rule STA's mkt direction!! NB: It will be sheer stupidity to park your hard earned money in any loss making company for many quarters at the risk of the company going bankrupt. Hopefully, the story of Noble Group having gone bankrupt is in fact a learning experience for every mkt participant. I reinterate: Do your own due diligence!!!!

This company is just dependent on whether you believe in the fundamentals. Rubber + Gloves counter. They did not take full advantage of the situation like the other PPE counters so far. So their earning reports didn' t go up as much and stock price didn' t sky rocket (but know that their profit also gained significantly even with rubber price down). If they did change their company strategy afterwards,  we should see a significant increase in earnings, all depending on whether you think this will be true or not. Anyway, I am vested and as I believe with rubber prices recovering (+30% so far) and if they take more advantage of the situation now for their glove counter, we can see huge potential in few months time.
