UPDATE ON INTERNAL RESTRUCTURING EXERCISE The board of directors (the ?Board? or ?Directors?) of Tritech Group Limited (the ?Company?, the Company and its subsidiaries collectively referred to as the ?Group?) refers to the announcement dated 9 January 2015 (the ?Announcement?) in relation to a proposed internal restructuring exercise relating to the subsidiaries of the Group engaged or involved in the water-related and environmental business of the Group (the ?Water-related and Environmental Business Restructuring?). Capitalised terms used herein which are not defined shall bear the same meaning as in the Announcement. 1. UPDATE ON WATER-RELATED BUSINESS AND ENVIRONMENTAL BUSINESS RESTRUCTURING The Board wishes to update Shareholders on the status of the Water-related and Environmental Business Restructuring as follows: (a) Tritech (Qingdao) Membrane Industry Co., Ltd, the wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company that is to be the intermediate holding company of all the subsidiaries of the Group engaged or involved in the water-related and environmental business of the Group, has changed its name to Tritech (Qingdao) Environmental Group Co., Ltd (?Tritech (Qingdao) Environmental Group?), and has also effected the separation and transfer of its operating business (the membrane business for the industry market and dispenser business for mass market) to its two newly-incorporated wholly-owned subsidiaries, Tritech (Qingdao) Membrane Technologies Co., Ltd (?Tritech Qingdao?) and Tritech Vavie Healthcare Technologies Co., Ltd (?Tritech Vavie?) respectively. (b) Tritech (Qingdao) Environmental Group has recently obtained the necessary approvals from the relevant authorities in the People?s Republic of China (?PRC?) for all of the PRC subsidiaries engaged or involved in the water-related and environmental business of the Group, namely, Tritech (Qingdao), Tritech Vavie, Beijing Wisetec Technologies Co., Ltd (?Beijing Wisetec?) and Anhui Clean Environment Biotechnology Co. Ltd (?Anhui Clean?), to be owned and held under Tritech (Qingdao) Environmental Group. (c) As for the Singapore subsidiaries of the Group engaged or involved in the waterrelated and environmental business of the Group, namely Tritech Water Technologies Pte Ltd (?Tritech Water?) and SysEng (S) Pte Ltd (?SysEng?), the transfer of such companies to Tritech (Qingdao) Environmental Group is still subject to the necessary approvals from the relevant authorities in the PRC being obtained. .... continue |

Saw their results and yes cashflow improved quite alot. Revenue increased but cant substain a profit yet.. Not sure where is the missing link.. Admin expenses too high? | ||||

Did you do your solid homework? What is their latest announcement? That is the reason why it is so quiet. Don' t worry, Golden_SGX will trumpet again and help either later or tomorrow as their half year results need to be announced by end of this week.

The previous time with big buy queues like happening now, 1 to 3 millions each over the next 3 pips below, the share price gapped up the next day. Just my guess. Keeping my fingers crossed.
Still have some leftover shares in hand to clear. Tricky stock to handle this is.

Btw yesterday terratech announcement that their convertible notes got cancelled.
So many terratech is still looking to raise cash.. Hopefully not via rights if not tritech need to have cash to subscribe for it |
