Think over the next few days, there will be more reports / researchs on the Hyflux offer, and this sole shareholder. Likely will also mention Addvalue Tech since same name (the individual). Slow and steady. Addvalue Tech mentioned in their last financial result they expect better 2nd half and a better next FY. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	totally agrees. when a fund (which is specialised in acquring technology based asset) , potentially commited to a 27 pct shareholding interest in Addvalue, i would say it is the pivotal point for Addvalue. The buyer foresee  values and potential development that we d' ont see. Of course, throughout the years, times and times, investors actually get sick with the boastful announcments from the management, hopefully this time round ,things will be different. (judging from its recent business development and the fact that the tech fund is buying just short of 30 pct trigger point). the NTA also pretty high at USD 0.32 Cents with total conversions of all  loans.   Will Addvalue spike up to 5 cents? God will know.
