HMC still hold 6.66% after the sales. 20,833,000 ordinary shares sold $10m worth of IHC share on 8 Jul at 48cts through married deal. This should enhance HMC P& L by $10m. Sale should be kept as special dividends for its shareholders. HMC share should move tomorrow. Recommeded Hold liao.

DISTRIBUTION IN SPECIE OF UP TO 189,948,004 SHARES IN INTERNATIONAL HEALTHWAY CORPORATION LIMITED
(1) NOTICE OF BOOKS CLOSURE DATE AND (2) INDICATIVE TIMETABLE (1) NOTICE OF BOOKS CLOSURE DATE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of Healthway Medical Corporation Limited (the “Company” or “HMC”) will be closed on 12 June 2013 for the purpose of determining the entitlements of shareholders of the Company (“Shareholders”) to the distribution in specie (tax exempt one-tier) of up to 189,948,004 shares in International Healthway Corporation Limited (“IHC”)(“IHC Shares”) held or to be held by the Company and British and Malayan Trustees Limited on the basis of approximately 82.29 IHC Shares for every 1,000 ordinary shares held in the capital of the Company (“HMC Shares”) (the “Distribution”). Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company’s Share Registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd. at 50 Raffles Place, #32-01 Singapore Land Tower, Singapore 048623 up to 5.00 p.m. on 11 June 2013 will be registered before shareholders’ entitlements to the Distribution is determined. In the case of Entitled Shareholders whose shares are deposited with CDP, entitlements to the IHC Shares will be determined on the basis of the number of HMC Shares standing to the credit of their Securities Accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited (“CDP”) as at 5.00 p.m. on 11 June 2013. In the case of Entitled scrip-based Shareholders, entitlements to the IHC Shares will be determined on the basis of their holdings of HMC Shares appearing in the Register of Members of the Company as at 5.00 p.m. on 11 June 2013. Scrip-based Shareholders are requested to take necessary actions to ensure that the HMC shares owned by them are registered in their names or in the names of their nominees by 5.00 p.m. on 11 June 2013. Scrip-based Shareholders should note that they will not be able to trade in their IHC Shares on Catalist of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (“SGX-ST”) upon the successful listing of IHC (“Listing”) unless they open Securities Accounts with CDP and deposit with CDP their physical share certificates of IHC together with duly executed instruments of transfer in favour of CDP. (2) INDICATIVE TIMETABLE Last cum-Dividends trade date : 6 June 2013 Ex-Dividends Trade Date : 7 June 2013 Books Closure Date : 12 June 2013

If i am not wrong11.5 HMC = 1 Free IHC share
