Hopefully this is correct.   The better thing for Mr. Richard Li to do, if he intends to delist, is to call a trading halt and offer to buy out the remaining shares at a small premium. This will be a better gesture and goodwill.   (Think it was done this way by Glencore for the case of Chemoil. Glencore already owned 89.xx% and need to buy 12000 lots or so more to hit 90%, but chose to delist at a small premium from the last trading price).

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Seems there is some miscalculation. Richard Li' s main investment vehicles has 2,347,042,230 shares. Total PCRD shares, after today' s share buyback and cancellation, is 2,656,106,600.   This gives 88.364%.   His private vehicle was reported to own another 1.03% in May (I don' t know the exact number).   It requires the share buyback of another 16000 lots before 90% level is reached??

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Thanks Qanghoo for the caution. It looks like Richard Li will attain 90% ownership today, the trading volume having exceeded 4700 lots currently. The delist should reasonably based on avg trading px or last trading price, whichever is higher, depending on his generosity.   Delisting at NAV price is inconceivable at this stage. It will be a shock to ardent investors!

I believe it just need to do buyback of another 4000 to 5000 lots for Richard Li to consider de-listing (should he not place out his shares to others).   Could be the next candidate for delisting consideration after NOL!
