I like to do research on companies. And avoid companies that are not financially sound. But then hor, somehow " unsound" company can chiong like no business. So while I stay invested in REITS and companies that are sound (for quality investment returns), I play small small on " unsound" company to past time, doing quick flip. Good luck bro on your investment. Huat Ah. . . .
