x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	One thing very sad about the SGX. As most brokers are broke, the covergae of stocks gets reduced to nothingness. They really dont bother anymore, so only people like us who track certain stocks bring it out to discuss. Otherwise, dead town.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Absolutely. I think they are very upfront when they said they could not afford to give dividends, but will try very hard to give. I tend to believe what they said. Furthermore, it was more concerned about growing the brand(s) value, so forgoing short term profits is okay with me. Accor and Vanke are more than happy to help capture the filthy rich in China, and worldwide actually.
