Share price of Keppac oak is more stable less volatile. PRIME has somehow become speculative ever since it became a penny stock. So it can move up and down very fast. Just my opinion.

Was comparing Keppac oak vs prime and Keppac looks better in occupancy rate, NAV 0.69 and lower leverage ratio 43% vs Prime. But so far Prime moved more and faster. Hoping for more upside for keppac oak this month. | ||||
