Once the income suppor is gone - will yield go down to 4%? Also, I thought with the growing power of internet retailing, won' t such outlet malls be in a sunset industry, since presumably the shoppers there are highly  price conscious?  How do they ensure that items sold there are not fake? Will any clampdown on counterfeit goods, like IP protection issues being drummed by the US currently - have an impact on Sassuer' s malls? Too many questions, too many doubts - hence I am avoiding.

PUBLIC OFFER RESULT -- No balloting,  Just like placement  as allocation for 1:1 It is relatively hard for placement players to get (buyers) whatever their number of units they wanted (their application for order). It is even harder for retailers. This allocation has been un-usual. First time 1:1, retailers got some units. (See allocation table). Those had applied 100,000 to 1,000,000 (+) units, got ONLY 20,000 to 50,000 units. (Is not 100% allocation). In considering, participating n vesting in Reit or Reit Mall.
Key to investing (not speculating n doing very-day trading) are those to consided. Like the sponsor n strategic partners holding more then 50%. An alignment to sustain growth. There is two important matters. A unitholder need to consider investing in REITs (Trusts). 1) Are the valuations of buildings (assets) owned by REIT/ business trust is appreciating or depreciating over time?, or just averaging?. 2) Are their growth distributions / dividends of the REIT / (trust) increasing or decreasing over time?. Or just sustaining over several years?. |
