It' s a very good vehicle for Richard Li to pay himself several hundred millions of S$ in dividends over the past several years. This yr, he decides to pay himself in HK$. Got one yr (pre-covid), I was told he was busy meeting MAS officials rather than attending the AGM. Maybe he has a change in life philosophy since 2018. It is a change which is great for loyal shareholders like us!

Of course, he needs to enjoy the dividends too. He also 56yr old liao...Not everyone can live so long like his dad(92yr old). I have been asking people to buy since 2019 as every year over 20% dividends, it is a very good payout. Dont know why institution players not interested and no one cover this GEM... | ||||

The youngest Li is shrewd and pretty generous with the dividends payout. If you have been following this stock you would have noticed that the generous divdends only started to flow when the old man steps down and retired. So my guess is all along he is keen to give (for himself also of course) but with the old man around, his plans are somehow restricted | ||||

Of course we have to thanks Mr Richard Li for rewarding us these high dividends. He could have delist the stock anytime. This is the only point that puzzles me. But anyway, he Happy to give, we more than Happy to collect. Thanks. | ||||
