 Alert Admin 		I think the possibility of Chen Siew Meng defecting to CHNG is low...because end day, blood is thicker than water (and there have been IPTs between both brothers' companies for some time). I believe Chen Siew Meng is mopping up shares so he can vote in support of his brother. 

Little is known about the WONGs except that they are introduced by CEO Benedict Chen) who got the placement at a discount.

What a strange coincidence right, the placement to WONGs happened so near to CHNG asking to change the board..
