This is going to be a potential turn around story. With its orderbook size, return to profitability and sizable market cap.more financial institutions will start buying in. The only 2 downward forces at present are the outcome of the ongoing car wash issue and keppel's disposal of shares it hold. Everything else looks good for now. The Discounted cashflow valuations are currently close to $2.70 putting seatrium undervalued by around 40%. | ||

Yesterday we did a consolidation below the 100 day MA. Which is now around $1.635. We are now making an attempt to break above this level. Volume is very low and so likely we could breach above it soon. Fair value of Seatrium is currently around $2.50 which would be the longer term target. Medium with a good set of results let's hope for $1.90 next week | ||

Seatrium up as much as 9.3% after H1 profit guidance
The offshore and marine specialist expects a net profit for the first half of its financial year
SHARES of Seatrium : 5E2 +8% surged on Monday (Jul 29) in early trade, following the offshore and marine specialist&rsquo s profit guidance, which was announced before the market opened.
As at 9.49 am, the counter surged 9.3 per cent or S$0.14 to S$1.64. The last time it traded at this price was in April 2024.
Seatrium shares later eased to S$1.63, up 8.7 per cent or S$0.13 as at 10.01 am. The counter was the most heavily traded by volume at the time, with about 51 million securities transacted.
No married deals were recorded in early trade, ShareInvestor data showed.
Before the opening bell on Monday, Seatrium said that it expects a net profit for the first half of 2024, based on a preliminary review of its unaudited financial results.
The company plans to announce its H1 financials on Aug 2, before trading hours.
