dividend information is out Tan Eng Teong&rsquo s deemed interest arose through 57,585,940 shares held by Tan Eng Teong Pte. Ltd., 349,986,093 shares held by Tan Chee Hoe & Sons Holdings Pte. Ltd. and 1,258,340 shares held by his spouse. He is the M.D the older father is the CEO

I find that really old companies like HGC always have hidden values waiting to be discovered. It is either the owner are lazy and less energetic to do something drastic. But compare to Hong Fok, I prefer to put money here, thats why I am still here. I would be a seller if it really hit $2.00. Anything higher I will glasly ' donate' to the brave heart. |

CFO claimed this FYE 31 Dec 2015 will do a revaluation on the 2 new hotels.With total of 752 rooms( 488+264) and at a conservative $500,000 per room it' s worth $376mil(500,000x 752) against its book value of $286mil,its nta and ultimately should render this stock to be worth at least $2..besides nearly all its hotels in Australia,N.Z and Malaysia are sitting on free hold land...maybe privitalised as it is undervalued although the CEO,the founder director Tan Eng Teong flatly denied

47th AGM- 484 room Hotel Chancellor and 264 room Hotel G Central will be getting T> O> P next week and July 2015 respectively.The total cost of tses 2 hotels at book value is $286mil and revaluation will be done before year end 31 Dec 2015.According to CFO the last valuation was in 2012 ,so these 2 new hotels will get a revaluation .
