While our DCF-based fair value remains unchanged at S$1.43, we are upgrading our call to BUY on valuation ground, given the recent pullback in share price.  ...last:$1.350...

(but there is already one in nearby Osaka, Japan) Or partner with Chinese film productions houses thru contacts from Landing? KPop boyband themed amusement park? Or do everything inhouse since they already got some expertise in Genting Malaysia and Singapore? But IP that can draw in and sync with the chinese crowd could be a problem.

Once clear will see the price shoot up very fast to $1.38 Today volumes sure hits 50millions shares - to change hand.....who buy......fund managers......who else.
