Looking at past history, I think management might want to reinvest a significant portion of the upcoming profits in the Chuan Grove project. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Sing Holdings has been one of the most neglected stocks on the SGX for the past decade. They have been quietly focusing on the business completing one profitable project after the other with a consistently increasing NAV. However there has hardly been any impact on the share price. Thankfully this has given long term shareholders who believed in the company adequate time to keep building up their positions. With the blockbuster FY25 annual results just weeks away the price has finally started moving. The fact that there are just 1 or 2 members of the ShareJunction community commenting shows how neglected and under the radar Sing Holdings has been. I am glad that the market finally seems to have started taking some notice of the anticipated results. Thankfully Chuan Grove is a private condo and not an EC project. As long as the property market in Singapore holds up for the next 3-4 years I am looking forward to very decent results on an annual basis (since now they won' t have to wait till TOP is achieved to include the sales numbers in their annual results). I believe the market has just started giving recognition to their performance and there is quite some way to go...

I suppose someone is holding back the price.  Besides the upcoming Substantial Increase in Profit, maybe can privatise the company since upcoming result will shown NTA to be above $1.00, likely around $1.10 (as usual, please perform your own DD)
