Acquiring the retail business Juzz1 is a strategic move to tap on their retail experience and also to enhance their business model. This acquisition also further broaden and strengthen their foothold in both mobile equipment and as well as retailing IT products to the end consumers. Juzz1 I believe don't just serve B2C but also B2B customers. Perhaps they are going to setup mobile and IT retail (tapping on Juzz1 expertise/experience and contacts) networks in Myanmar and or around the region? Mentioned in their press release, Juzz1 will also " contribute positively" to Polaris revenue for the year ended. I am holding on to this baby.
