Very good news indeed. Thanks for sounding out. Finally, we are seeing increase in payout. Though not significant, nevertheless, still worth celebrating. Congrats to all holders......should see price move up gradually from now on.

Agree. No need for a big jump in price, maintain it and move up over time will do. Many holders are in it for attractive dividend/yield thus,stability is key. Phillip Capital target price is still 0.15 going forward.

Results unlikely to be significantly better. More like slowly getting better. To me, this is good enough. No more borrow money for Capex and at the same time paring down loan. Financially getting stronger. Couple with Broadband/5G prospect.......wow.....exciting man. Insiders keep buying, right up to 0.134 price, is very good indication of the value. |

Share price has been on the uptrend. Something' s brewing? Possibility of Taking Private? It seems all our high-dividend Reits/Trusts are slowly but surely being delisted one by one.  Soon the only ones remaining will be the Temasek/GIC-owned low-dividend ones.

Asian Pay Television Trust
Between Oct 7 and 13, Dai Yung Huei, non-executive director of the trustee-manager of Asian Pay Television Trust Asian Pay Tv Tr: S7OU +1.52% (APTT) increased his deemed interest in APTT from 16.93 per cent to 17.04 per cent.
In total, 1,933,000 units of APTT were acquired by Araedis Investment for a consideration of S$254,074 at an average price of 13.1 cents per unit.
This followed Dai' s acquisition of 2,090,800 units at 13.0 cents per share between Oct 1 and 4.
He was appointed a non-executive director of the trustee-manager of APTT on Aug 13.
Dai is the chairman of Da Da Digital Convergence and the founder of Dafeng TV, the first publicly traded cable TV provider in Taiwan, which operates in domestic markets including New Taipei City and Kaohsiung City.
Between 1996 and 2019, Dai was the chairman of Dafeng TV. Under his stewardship, it obtained its cable television licence in Taiwan, and successfully listed the company on the Taiwan Stock Exchange in 2002.
Dafeng TV was an early adopter of Gigabit Passive Optical Networks and Fibre-to-the-home network structure.
Dai also sits on the board of Dafeng TV, Taipei City University of Science and Technology, as well as Gnalu Education Foundation.
He has increased his deemed interested in APTT from 16.01 per cent at the time of his appointment.
APTT is the first listed business trust in Asia focused on pay-TV and broadband businesses and has an investment mandate to acquire controlling interests in and to own, operate and maintain mature, cash generative pay-TV and broadband businesses in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan and Singapore.

Between Oct 1 and 4, Dai Yung Huei, non-executive director of the trustee-manager of Asian Pay Television Trust Asian Pay Tv Tr: S7OU -0.76% (APTT), acquired 2,090,800 units at 13.0 cents per share.
With a consideration of S$271,804, this increased his deemed interest in the business trust from 16.82 per cent to 16.93 per cent.
It followed his acquisition of 1.6 million APTT units at 13.0 cents per share between Sep 23 and 27.
Dai was appointed a non-executive director of the trustee-manager of APTT on Aug 13.
