If there is any positive news, i think is good chance for ppl that are stucked to consider getting out. GXY have much bigger assets and one of the lowest costs. FY2018, GXY reported GM of around $400/dmt, yet profit is miserable (ex-posco deal) ,albeit it is spending on SDV & JB explorations and development costs. Assuming AM can sell 150dmt this year at $100/dmt GM, we are looking at the most $0.01 EPS with 1.43B shares. So even at $0.10, it is still expensive compare to ALB & GXY. GXY has no debt. |

The co-founders who were sacked more than a year ago, and had sold their shares at high prices, now probably laughing at the downward spiral of AM. In spite of many positive announcements by kongsi management, still no use. News about cina breakthru in cheap production was out in SCMP about 2 months ago. If news is not fake, think the fall of AM will continue lah. Yeah, how to produce cheaper than cina and sell higher? Someone suggested susp the share. That will be worse lah, meaning cannot sell even at current price or at any lelong price. Just opinion, not meant to discourage buying for those daring.
